• BMW flexplate for torque converter attachment

Installation requirements

Suitable for manual or automatic engine rear ends. Both require a Mazda automatic starter and Mazda automatic flexplate, which supplies the starter ring gear. Manual rear ends need grinding for starter clearance. The starter's upper-right corner also needs trimming to clear the transmission dowel and bolt.

The supplied hub fits over the Mazda flexplate, followed by the BMW flexplate. This is an adapter kit, not a complete transmission conversion.
